Recut a hook for the album because we want everything to be absolutely perfect. Especially this song! Really love working with Cam O’bi because he puts in the extra effort to do things the right way. We did a few sessions before working on this hook and after editing the timing came out wrong so we decided to get it right and re record. Came out so much better in the end !! Love this song, it’s one of my favorite so far. It’s the title track for his album called Grown Ass Kid and it will likely be featuring Mick Jenkins and Chance The Rapper.
