RECAP:

Last minute session with Raury, Tru and two others (shame I can’t remember names). We spent some time organizing the stems for the track we worked on tonight then got right to it. They had recorded a demo at the house and wanted to work on cutting proper vocals first. Raury went in and knocked out all of his parts and had a female singer go in and lay some doubles and adlibs around his parts. After we got the vocals together we cued up the mic to record Sax. I want to say his name was Taylor but I just can’t place his name right now – he had a very beautiful Sax and played it extremely well.. What a treat it was tonight !

I had just returned back from my trip to Utah and everyone was very tired so we tapped out just over three hours into the session. Very glad we did what we did tonight, another really cool song in the catalogue of work with Raury at the studio.
