RECAP:

Rare to get two days in a row where I can work but I couldn’t afford to take on sessions this weekend since these two albums are priority. I also had to prep files for a third album and get the sessions on a hard drive to send in to Warne Brothers. Trying to cross off as many items as I can from the to do list ! It’s pretty difficult to manage the bookings, engineering work, website posts, picture/video editing, social media posts and have everything firing on all cylinders when you’re a one man team but right now that’s what’s required. It’s incredibly time consuming and has basically absorbed my entire life, it makes personal relationships difficult to manage because I’m so invested in this but as you can tell from all the work that’s put in – I really love what I do. Dominic and I have been working out the next stage of development for the studio and hopefully once we get the room dialed we will hire some part time employees and I’ll have weight taken off from the demands I mentioned. I’ve been trying to get more focused, learn more about what I want to master and get myself together. I don’t feel I’ve given the blog enough attention and I plan to step up these posts to provide as much detail and information as I can about the sessions.
