RECAP:

We had a very solid session today! The morning ritual starts with a meal at Erewhon, once we eat we get right to work. This morning was spent working on features Mick needed to do for other artists. We knocked out 3 features then he decided he had done enough of those for the day and wanted to get to work on his music. We pulled up a folder of beats from Monte Booker and I loaded the first track in without playing it. Mick sat with it for about 45 minutes then told me he was ready to record. He laid down a hook and verse then went back and added a number of doubles and harmonies. I really like this track even though he was moving so fast I didn’t have time to organize it. Once we got that one down we pulled up the folder and loaded in another one. Mick decided that one would require more time to write to since the music track was quite long and had a number of changes.

Noah, Mick’s European booking agent came to the session and the guys played him the album to end the session.

Another great day in the books !!
