Natalia (Leaf’s Co-Manager/A&R) contacted me earlier today and asked if it was possible to get Leaf in last minute tonight & the timing actually worked out perfectly for a 2 hour session. She had a song she really wanted to record while in town after the Alicia Cara tour. We got right to work when she came in, recorded everything and I spent some time mixing it down to get it sounding nice. We caught up for a few minutes after the session and talked about her future plans for the year. It sounds like she has an insane amount of opportunity and she’s got a lot of great things going for her!
