RECAP:

Set up a schedule w Demrick to try and record his entire new EP before he leaves for a tour on August 7th. We’ll be working most nights up until he takes off, be sure to look and see if he’s coming to your city and go watch a great performance!

Recording details:

I set up the Sony C800-G again because it’s fucking amazing. After our session the other night I’m already convinced it’s the best mic I’ve ever used. It may not be perfect but I love the frequency response for my style of engineer work. The way it handles sibilance is truly impressive.

Demrick and I spent about two hours cleaning up all the recordings from the other night and laid out a sequence for one more featured artist to hop on the track. We laid out Euroz parts and he re-recorded now that we know what the parts are for.

I cued up new beats from the Elevaterz producers that De’s working with on this new EP. Tons of bangers, really impressed by their work! He ran through three different tracks laying out what he’d written so far on all of them. I’m excited to se them all develop into full songs, great beat selection. This EP is going to be fun!

Writer & Rapper from Washington. In a group with Xzibit and B-Real, worked with Jim Jonsin, Paul Wall, Logic and many others. Extensive music catalogue, world wide touring artist and dozens of song placements in film and tv.
