RECAP:

First session of the year with Cam since he’s been working in Chicago the last few months. We had to re-connect to work on two records that got the green light from Rejjie’s label 300. Unfortunately, Pro Tools was giving us some trouble opening one of the sessions going from Pro Tools 12 back to 10. Random access to a few sessions was denied while almost all others worked fine, very strange. I called Avid, seems to be a problem with many users likely from cracked or 3rd party plugs on old sessions.

After getting the second song up, we spent the entire session working on that anyway. Lots of tedious tweaks with Cam but you can’t deny the end result is always fantastic! We made a lot of arrangement changes and I did some adjustments to the vocals as they were barely worked on from the day we tracked the song.
