RECAP:

I haven’t had a session like this for a few month… 6 different people pulling me in different directions trying to write music together. “Can we get the Rhodes up?”.. Record an idea.. Another person sits down to play… “I want to program drums” .. “Wait can you edit the Rhodes loop” “Can we record Piano?” “How about I set up the Juno?” “Can we edit the Rhodes again?” “I’m ready to record Trumpet?” And so on for basically 4 straight hours. These guys had me on my toes from the moment they walked in the door and it was fantastic. Tons of fun in the session tonight with all these guys. Very talented and polite at a young age.

We primarily worked on recording as much as possible so they could take files home to edit on their own. They made a great vibey track and had Niko lay some vocal ideas along with his friend Fii.

TRUTH STUDIOS PROFILE:

Truth Studios is a boutique recording studio located in the Fairfax district of Hollywood, California. The studio started in the bedroom of studio owner Nick Breton’s apartment making music with local Los Angeles buzzing artists. We have since grown into a beautiful loft where the studio currently operates. Truth offers studio rental, recording, mixing and mastering services to independent and major label clients from every corner of the globe.
