RECAP:

Met a new artist named Bread Doe tonight, in town from Chicago thanks to Gavin Sheppard (from Remix in Toronto). They had a meeting with Gavin McNeal (Just Be Cool) to review a lot of the music Bread’s been making. Glad I got to sit in with all these great people! Excited to see this album come together because Bread is very talented. Of course I tried to push for the more soulful “old man singin'” stuff because I was an old black man in my previous life. Keep an eye out for this one!

The studio started in the bedroom of studio owner Nick Breton’s apartment making music with local Los Angeles buzzing artists.
