Started the day off in session with Blu, knocked out 3 new songs and a verse feature. One of my favorite clients, hard to believe we’ve been working together almost 5 years now. I think we’ve made over 100 songs together in that time. Very thankful for that because he’s one of my all time favorite rappers. Not only that but getting to know him over the years he’s also a great guy who I really enjoy as a person.

Had a few cancelations in the afternoon so I used that time to mix as much as I could. Met up with Blake Carrington, an artist who flew in from Toronto to pick up his album that I worked on last year. Very excited to complete his debut album, nice artist with a great debut project. Got some big features and crazy beats on there, hope he has some good success off this!

Finally ended the night with King Chip and King David, Trinidad James was suppose to come but didn’t make it because he wasn’t feeling well. Got to sit in and listen to a number of beats from KD, had some cool tracks.
