RECAP:

A last minute peak on Craigslist resulted in a great find! Both the AKG D12E and Sennheiser 421 for the drum mic selection. Perfect timing as I’m working on getting the new drum kit together. I wanted to find a unique little drum kit with great tone and I’ve been looking for various mics beyond the typical D112 and SM57. Very excited to have these in the locker alongside the other heavy hitters. Great mics for Drums, Bass, Acoustic Guitar and other types of percussion. After doing research on the AKG D112 vs the AKG D12E I know our clients will love our drum sound. Can’t wait to plug them in and start experimenting!
