Another huge announcement!! We’ve officially purchased a Sony C37a! If you’re a musician or studio worker you know what this is, if not, you should take a second and learn about this microphone! It’s an industry staple used by many of the best artists around the world. From Frank Sinatra, Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, to Vince Staples, Bon Iver, and so many others! This mic is from 1960, hands down the coolest and oldest piece of gear we now own! So excited to finally pick this up!! I’ve been on a quest for the best possible folk recording chain and I believe this mic is a major step in the right direction!

TRUTH STUDIOS PROFILE:

Truth Studios is a boutique recording studio located in the Fairfax district of Hollywood, California. The studio started in the bedroom of studio owner Nick Breton’s apartment making music with local Los Angeles buzzing artists. We have since grown into a beautiful loft where the studio currently operates. Truth offers studio rental, recording, mixing and mastering services to independent and major label clients from every corner of the globe.
