RECAP:

My first session was with Brooke Danaher today. She had to record two partially finished song demos to send to a producer that she’s collaborating with. The first was easy, we threw up a click track, she laid a demo piano and sang to it. We covered a few different singing options and comped some full takes together for the producer.

The second was over a demo he had sent her. A little more pop/electro alternative and still very bare but enough to record to. We followed the same structure.. Doing three or four takes all the way through in various styles and comping.

Overall it was an easy session, she knew what she had to do and we handled the work efficiently! Always my favorite type of session ! Files were sent and we wrapped in two hours on the dot!
