Thanks to my long time friend and mentor Dominic Shiner we’re lucky enough to stay on the cutting edge!! He brought these Unity Audio Boulder MKII studio monitors by for us to demo and I have to say they’re possibly the best sounding monitors I’ve ever heard in my life!!! Our room is far from perfect acoustically, all kinds of issues if we’re being honest, but we make the best of it and we’ve used it to our advantage over the years. These monitors solve so many issues and create such a broad detailed stereo image I couldn’t believe it! Definitely will be purchasing these as I’ve had my eyes opened to the value of true monitors being such a critical tool for working. My mixes have improved within days. The detail that the Unity Audio Boulders provide allows me to hear some errors that I’ve made on past mixes. The Unity Audio Boulder MK2 are simply game changers! Dominic has helped show me so many techniques, given me so much information and shown me how these speakers among other new purchases will be a huge advantage for us at Truth! I’m constantly looking to improve our offerings at the studio, from creating the vibe of inspiration with changeable atmospheric lighting, having the best available gear, to always improving the quality of mixes and masters we produce. Incredibly thankful these speakers were brought to my attention! More exciting gear purchases are also around the corner and we’re looking forward to writing about it as we acquire them!
