This month has been very busy for Dominic and I but we finally had a full day in the studio to play around with the new gear and master an album for our client Southern Hayze. I was very excited for today as Dominic has been a long time mentor of mine but we’ve only actually worked at the studio together a handful of days. He showed me the special characteristics of each new piece of gear we bought (Bax EQ, Vari-Mu, Burl B2) and we made our way through the album. The Burl B2 is a special piece of gear.. Just simply passing signal through it gives this beautiful musical character to anything you give it.

Truth Studios is a boutique recording studio located in the Fairfax district of Hollywood, Los Angeles California. We are across the street from the famous CBS Television City studios and down the street from The Grove.
