RECAP:

Starting the month off in session with Raury, doesn’t get much better! He’s locking into studio mode to work on his new project and get it finished. We spent a few hours arranging the next song he’s determined to finish after finding out that the stems didn’t match the reference… Story of my life !! We got it, though, and after we laid it out properly Raury started writing a new verse.

Raury took the track in headphones while I worked on bouncing stems to another track for his manager. His team is working on the live set for his next tour and needed files to Just Like A Star. Ran through getting everything together for him and wrapped up the session feeling like we made good progress!

The studio started in the bedroom of studio owner Nick Breton’s apartment making music with local Los Angeles buzzing artists.
