Lord Quest and Isaiah Rashad had the studio for 10 hours tonight. I was out running around while they had the session but when I came back I listened to the music they made. Got a few new rough ideas down, not sure if they also wrote the music from scratch but it seemed like a solid session. I spoke with Isaiah about getting some work in when I get back from SXSW, I’m still new to his music but I’ve been hearing about him for quite some time and I’m looking forward to working together.
