RECAP:

Cam’s back in town after spending a few weeks in North Carolina working with J Cole. Really happy for him, he’s been getting a lot of respect and recognition for his work. I have a very good feeling about his album as we keep trekking along with it. After we spent the first half hour or so catching up and listening to records he worked on while he was gone we dove into the title track “Grown Ass Kid” and started to re-structure the hook vocals. We both felt really good about the moves we made today since the track has potential to be really great and we want to make sure each element is as good as it possibly can be! After we arranged the vocals for a few hours we started to set up a session we’re going to work on next for one of the songs he made while he was gone. Overall, great session today we made progress on the records he’s focused on and we have about 5 more sessions set up over the next week.
