Today was a big day for Asher Roth & producers Blended Babies, releasing their second album Retro Hash. Hands down my favorite album of the year. Very musical live production, fun songs, great features and a perfect soundtrack for the summer. A lot of hard work went into making this album, Asher’s had a long list of difficulties to deal with his past few years and is now an independent artist.
The album is available on iTunes as of today!! Highly recommend you pick up a copy of it and give it a chance.
The release party was at a very famous venue in LA, The Troubadour where Doja Cat opened, Chuck Inglish & Sir Michael Rocks [The Cool Kids] rocked the stage and Asher took it over the top! Awesome Band and DJ, killer performance all around.
Highlight of the night: Asher for a 70+ year old woman to jump on stage and crowd surf.
